I have been a loyal customer for a LONG time now. You are #2 for wireless service RIGHT UNDER Verizon...now I see why...your customer service is less than par.
Spending an hour on the phone with your Customer Service is NOT how I want to spend my day. It's quite sad when I know more than your "Representatives". I find out the TRUE issues with my service only when I ask to have them dive deeper into my account for a COMPLETELY separate issue!!
We will have a talk later. You thought I was bad? Wait until you suffer the wrath of my husband :)
